We can cancel your order if we receive your request prior to shipping it. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but it can be returned to us. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund your shipping costs

DO I GET REFUNDS ON OUT OF STOCK ITMES?
Sometimes my distributor will not have an item in stock. If this happens with your order you will get a full refund and a 10% discount on any item if you wish to change your order.
