RETURN POLICY
To return a defective item for credit or replacement, simply e-mail us at specialtygiftsbyaliya@gmail.com within 15 days of purchase. We want to make sure our customers are happy with their purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason we will gladly refund your purchase, as long as the product is not defective and not used. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund your shipping costs. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the box.
Returns that are non-defective will incur a 20% re-stacking fee.
